In order to make payment plans convenient for our customers, we offer several options for payment.
Insurance:
We accept most all insurance; including payments from most PPO and indemnity plans. Please feel free to call our office to make an appointment and to ask any questions or voice any concerns you may have. We are in network with BCBS, Cigna, Delta Dental, and Metlife.
Payment Options:
We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks.
